ARLINGTON REPUBLICAN CLUB

The meeting starts at promptly at 7 pm. Our Program this month is: Steve Gorman, Founder and Owner of Patriot K-9 Services: "Training To Do the Impossible - Stories of Elite K-9 Troops in Afghanistan and Iraq All you can eat PIZZA BUFFET; see newsletter on Sunday 5-19 for details and then, bring your family for this. It will be similar to Hot-Dog Buffet from April. And a special tribute to the men/women of our 5-military branches and National Guard, as follows: (a) Members-only who are vets, and any members-only spouse of a deceased veteran will receive a Pizza buffet at no charge. Vets may join at the door. (we are requesting underwriters to help pay for this event, please contact Dale Attebery for details, or, simply mail a check, or, you may put a few dollars in the pickle jar that night) (b) Plus a noteworthy, recognition ceremony for our attending veterans (member vets are requested to wear an insignia, of some type, from their military days) (c) And then, a special gift from ARC… Thank you for serving and may God truly bless you all. Our meetings normally conclude 8:15-30 pm. For 2013-14, we are now meeting at: Humperdink's Family Restaurant 700 Six Flags Drive Arlington, 76011 (817) 640-8553 Click for directions http://www.humperdinks.com We invite you to enjoy dinner and libations at Humperdink's in their restaurant before and after our meeting. You do not need to RSVP if you plan on enjoying dinner. Cash bar is available. Humperdinks has a large private meeting room in the back of the building and it is closed off to the main dining area of the restaurant. Please join us at Humperdinks!
